The package is automated, but you still need to know a few things…

Tuesday End of Day - Keep your computer on but log off
Update window starts at 6pm and runs until 3am but that's the entire update window (not your individual PC)
If Microsoft releases security or critical updates - they may be delivered Tuesday evening
Weekly restart automatically scheduled - you don't need to do anything further
Disk cleanup of temp files to keep things running smoothly
